Identify and flag blockers

When this feature is enabled, you and your team can identify sales deal-breakers and churn risks by flagging critical feedback as a blocker.

To review which feedback has been identified as a blocker, take a look at the feedback in the Admin Console or Contributor Sidebar.

To make it easier to view feedback across internal departments, you can group your colleagues into teams. You can take a look at activity across teams in the admin console.

Note: Only works for feedback emails, not ticketing

Urgency Score will convert to a <u>paid</u> add-on feature after the beta period ends.
