To set up the Customer Traits Sync, you’ll work directly with our Implementation Engineer. Here are a few things we’ll need from you to get started:

Necessary authorization to access your CRM data.

CRM fields mapped to UserVoice fields for sync (we’ll provide a template to simplify this).

Sync user and account data from a supported CRM to UserVoice.
